Do not dance in heel

As dancers the only correct way to move without damaging our most precious muscles and vertebrale column is using comfortable shoes, flexibel and with boost, the last caractheristic ensure that we can in the long run take the best of ourselves.

If the event has any restrictions concerning this matter making it impossible to be with dance shoes, I suggest do not attend or simply limit the movements, never jump or performed any workout involving squash.

You could have an accident or serious pain, hours or days later.

I do not believe any dance shoe can compete with sport shoes, for this reasons I give you this tip, a good pair of sport shoes for example:
