Doing sports under 3 grades Celsius

Today I went with my mother for walking and running. It is hard at this temperatures to keep the track, your feet become very cold and your nose turns red. We tried to keep enthusiastic while laughing, taking pictures and doing some shopping. The desire for something warm such a cup of tea, or a piece of chocolate is high. We manage to drink a cup of coffee and a rice-chocolate cookie.  At the end, we wished to return home as soon as possible because it was not human to remain like this, my hands like ice and my concentration almost cero. I even can hold a bag and do not handle long steps.

Finally, we arrived at home and drink a glass of port. With a normal temperature we relax and our bodies started naturally to feel warm.
