At first, you see that dancing is essential in your life style and approach every course and academy to accomplish your dream. You search online where thousand websites show you the way in a very inconsistent manner.

On DancingTechnique you start a journey to understand your body by following a series of techniques for real dancers. Subjects such as music style, warm-up techniques and tutorial videos are discussed. I pay attention to movies and events around the world as well.

Moreover, I learn about the sciences of movement reading books about anatomy, physiology, neurophysiology and biomechanics. My formal study  helps me to understand all of this subjects much easier.

Why should you learn the techniques for dancing?

  1. Maximise awareness: improving your movements and makes them safe and beautiful increases your confident when its time for presentations.
  2. Less pain: stretching, right speed and posture are vital for better quality life, increasing your wellness.
  3. Increases Creativity: it helps you to discover arts, visit expositions, dance presentations and having an opinion about dance. With all this information is much easier to create choreography and write them.
  4. Superior and long-term entertainment:  it is incredible how many hours you can spend learning how to move and practice them, then you realize the meaning of your dance expression, and that has extraordinary value not only for you, also for the ones you are inspiring.

When I manage a group the price per person is 12 euro  for 45 minutes trainning.
